Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Business Autolink Postiz at postiz.businessautolink.com (the "Service"), operated by Business Autolink, Arusha, Tanzania.

1. The Service

The Service lets you connect social media accounts you own or manage, and schedule and publish content to them. Accounts are created by Business Autolink for its own team and for clients who have engaged Business Autolink.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to manage every Page or account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, and for following the rules of each platform, including Meta's Community Standards and Platform Terms.
• Keep your login details private and tell us quickly about any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, to send spam, or to interfere with the Service or any platform's API.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; a scheduled post may fail if a platform is unavailable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Service.

5. Data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or platform policies.
