Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove the data that Business Autolink Postiz holds about your Facebook or Instagram account in any of these ways.
Option 1 – Disconnect inside the Service
- Sign in at postiz.businessautolink.com.
- In the "Channels" list, open the menu (⋮) next to the channel and choose Disconnect or Delete.
- The stored access token and channel data are deleted immediately, and scheduled posts for that channel are cancelled.
Option 2 – Remove the app from Facebook
- On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find Business Autolink Postiz and click Remove.
- Meta notifies us, and we delete the related tokens and account data within 7 days.
Option 3 – E-mail us
Send a request to info@businessautolink.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the Page or Instagram account. We delete all related data (account, tokens, posts, media, statistics) within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.
Backups that contain the data are overwritten within 14 days of deletion.
